Questions regarding RGRC/ RG 44 novelty/ RG 41mm chrono
Hello all,Just curious to get some opinions and input regarding the above mentioned pieces. I just recently picked up a new Rose gold Rubberclad with the new dial but was offered an opportunity to pick up a new RG 44 or a 41mm chrono from my AD. This would require me selling the Rubberclad. I had always wanted the Rubberclad but with AP's new lineup the other two rose gold pieces are really attractive as well (recent pics on this board don't help!!) So I'm just curious to gear about comparisons on wearability, aesthetics or any other factors worth noting between these pieces. Thanks in advance!!Carlos
I'm still struggling
Which AP to get after the New Jumbo 15202..,The Diver is calling but steel or FC??
INDUSTRY NEWS: Omega announces worldwide Co-Axial advertising campaign
November 06, 2009Omega is kicking off a worldwide advertising campaign in celebration of the tenth anniversary of its revolutionary Co-Axial escapement. The advertisements feature photographs of Omega's brand ambassadors sporting loupes, the magnifying glasses favoured by watchmakers.Inspired by Omega's award-winning advertisementThe visuals were inspired by Omega's award-winning Watchmaker Wanted campaign, which featured a Greg Williams photograph of George Clooney wearing a lab coat and a loupe. In one of the new advertisements, Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the first man to walk on the Moon wearing an Omega Speedmaster, appears with the headline, It's not rocket science. But it's close.Formula One superstar Michael Schumacher's Co-Axial advertisement describes the steady, constant performance of the movements with the legend, When faster isn't better.
To try on a 5712R In LA/Vegas.... Sigh...
Hey Team,So got to Vegas... saw the 5712 in SS... and as GORGEOUS as it is... didnt ROCK my world! I guess seeing as I have 3x other relatively nice SS Watches.. could be the reason. Tried on the ROSE GOLD 5980 and LOVED IT! BUT.... I think it was more the Rose Gold.. than the Chrono.. and cannot get past the $20k premium for a complication I'll never use.So I think its down to the 5712R... problem is NO one has it in stock to try on... so I guess my question is does anyone have one in the Vegas/LA Region to which I could try on? (From the boards) Happy to buy you lunch ect or a Dealer that might have one?The Other thing im tossing up is the full Rose Gold 15202 AP.. ultra thin movt... solid 18kt Rose Gold on the board here for $39k... Tried on the Black dial AP 41mm and it was nice.. but too big.. im sure the 39mm will be more my sizeSo yes.. thats my attempt.. throwing it out to the Boards.. if anyone has one I could see in the flesh before making this substantial investment!Cheers G
Panerai Sellers
Any trusted sellers on this board for Panerais? I have purchased Rolexes through here but am interested in a Pan.
