The watches produced by Orient have long been known among the watch community to be well built and affordable choices. They have been producing their models since 1950 and have had several hits throughout the years. A stand-out feature of the brand is they make movements in-house, in their Japanese facilities. One of the more popular watches they have released is their Mako divers watch. It has actually been the best selling Orient ?of the past decade, since its release in 2004. Since it has been ten years since its release, Orient is celebrating the event with a new, special edition of the Mako.The Mako line is normally made up of three dial colors: black, blue and orange which are all available internationally (and a blue dial version with a splash of red on the bezel). urgent help deciding please
OK I am currently saving for a Rolex Explorer 2 (about 2 years off still) but have been offered an 2001 Omega (big size) Seamaster Pro automatic in blue for ��800 with no box or papers. Should I take that or keep saving for the Rolex.I am thinking of getting the Omega for now and keep saving for the Rolex. My problem is if I buy the Omega it will set me back a year on the Rolex. I was told it is a good price for an Seamaster but I think it needs a service. I have tried the Seamaster on and its tight so will need an extra link as it is not adjustable.I have today to decide HELP!!

This dial is truly something else, on a sunny afternoon it's bronze yet blends in with my olive sweater.My iPhone struggles to capture the light dancing along the geosphere lines, I'll keep trying.

315 series movements versus 324 series
I'm considering some annual calendars, some with 324 series movements and some with 315 series. Other than the assumption that a newer movement is improved over the one it replaced, has anybody experienced 315 movement reliability or performance issues that resulted in costly and lengthy repairs? The 315 equipped references I'm considering are 5035, 5036, 5056. Thanks for your comments....
