Harry Winston Ocean Sport Collection Watches
Harry Winston will soon launch this new collection of watches called the Ocean Sport. While I don't think the name sounds particularly high-end (though the Ocean is a long standing Harry Winston watch), they are interesting are relatively simple and satisfying sport versions of the iconic Harry Winston Ocean watch fare.The Ocean Sport will have a few versions, and pieces for both men and women. Style wise they feel very much influenced by some Roger Dubuis pieces from the last few years. Does anyone else see that? What connects each of the Ocean Sport watches is an aesthetic theme as well as a Zalium case. Zalium is a special zirconium alloy unique to Harry Winston watches. Connected to the watches are either black or white HW branded rubber straps.The men's models come with light or dark cases and in chronograph or three-hand models. These are called the Harry Winston Ocean Sport Chronograph or Ocean Sport Automatic watches. They are 44mm wide in satin finished Zalium cases. According

Cyrus Klepcys Watch
Newer brand, new watch. Cyrus debuted late last year but I never got a chance to really check them out as their timepieces reminded me of wrist-mounted doomsday devices. Their flagship watch is Klepcys (still trying to properly pronounce that one) and it is a formidable piece of unique horology. The master behind the mechanism is Jean-Francois Mojon. One of today's better watch makers who is known for (among other things), the Harry Winston Opus X.In addition to the standard Klepcys watch, Cyrus will be donating a special one to the Only Watch 2011 auction. Images of both are seen here, whereas the piece unique model for the action is in white gold with a red "11." The high-end piece is another attempt on "doing it differently." Fitting a Datora caseback on a Navitimer 01 Help!!!
Happy Sunday all!. I was wondering if a custom sapphire caseback for the Montbrilliant Datora would fit a Navitimer 01. Custom watch concepts sell a sapphire case for the 43mm Datora. Both are 43mm and as far as I know both watches use 22mm and from what I can find, the Navitimer 01 is listed as 14.25mm thick and the Datora at 14.1mm thick. To my eye and from the rough measurements I took based on online photos, the caseback measurements are almost the same if not exactly the same. It's hard to be precise going based on photos. Any input would be appreciated as I really want to switch it.
