Bamford Watch Department Commando Edition Customized Rolex Watches
Bamford Watch Department have just launched the Commando Edition, welcoming a new era of watch customization by employing a versatile coating called Graphite Powder Coating (GPC). The Bamford Watch Department Commando Edition colour scheme offers the chance to pick-up a Rolex Submariner or Rolex Milgauss coated with one of three unique GPC colors (desert, combat, or forest). In addition to the extremely hard-wearing and aesthetically novel exterior, the famous customizers will also provide a new dial for these classic Rolex watches. The dials, which appear to be of sandwich construction, feature big, bold, luminous numbers at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, and a large downwards-pointing arrow at 12. Incoming alert - about to join the club
Well, after drooling over the AP forum for a little while, I decided to do what most everyone here has done at one point or another and relied on David SW to come through for me and get my grail watch. Anxiously awaiting delivery on Saturday of the first AP in my collection. This will go along nicely with my Patek and Vacheron to complete my Holy Trinity and I can't wait. Pics coming soon....
My speedy is losing accuracy
Hi all, my new speedy has gained +45 sec. so far. What are the +/- parameters? I bought it new, never dropped or banged. Don't know why it's running so fast.
Planet Ocean Chronograph Info Needed
I need to fund a new Rolex and promised the wife I would pay back the cash she must loan me so the Omega is dust. So a few questions please.1. The watch has been sent in for service since one complication was acting funky. Does Omega polish the watch so it looks new?2. I am the original owner, no papers have my name, the watch is in outstanding condition with box, papers, receipt, etc. What Can I Expect To Get Roughly? Ebay does not help. 3. How long till I can expect to get the watch back?
rookie needs guidance
Hello --This watch belonged to my great uncle and was recently given to me after the passing of my grandmother. I think it may be an old Calatrava, but I honestly have no idea. The hands are not moving and I'm scared to death to try and wind it out of fear that I'll do damage. I would like to get it fixed up and working but don't really know where to start. Any suggestions on:1. What it is?2. What it's worth?3. How to go about getting it working? Thanks so much!
