Time Warp Creations Zymosis Lockdown Watch: Easily The Weirdest Thing You've Seen All Week
Time Warp Creations is a watch maker you've probably never heard of, but starting soon, the California-based company will be producing some incredibly odd timepieces, such as this Zymosis Lockdown watch. If this all looks very science-fiction comic book weird, then you are spot on with what Time Warp Creations was going for. TWC?produces a series of comic book style products, and "luxury watches for geeks" are among what they offer. Their "flagship" product is the Time Warp Creations Zymosis Lockdown which is a rather intense looking watch inspired by the science fiction genre of zombie apocalypses - and it happens to come in four color variations.Posted by Time Warp Creations, LLC on Monday, April 28, 2014While you can order the Time Warp Creations Zymosis Lockdown watch on Time Warp Creations' website, the company offers precious little (as some conflicting) information about the product. We are trying to get more details, but until then, I'll explain what I know. First of all, the Z
AP Survivor NOT WORKING
Hey everyone,I just joined to get your guys' advice/input on this problem I've encountered.I have a AP Survivor and for some reason it won't work. I try to wind it and it still doesn't work. Nothing is working on it.. I press the pusher buttons and still nothing. The last time I wore the watch was a few months ago, and unfortunately I don't use a watch winder. So I imagine it died on its own as per usual, but this time I can't even get it to work anymore.I've had it for a few years now, so don't think I have warranty. Don't really care what it costs to get it working again, I just want it to work. Any ideas what could have gone wrong? I store it in room temperature in a closed watch container, and it didn't go under water or freeze or anything of the sort. It's never been dropped, it's still mint.I'm in Vancouver, Canada. Need advice what to do or where to send it. I bought it from Luxury Baazar website a while ago.
Womble Watch Works- Atlanta
When my 5 month old Speedy Pro started acting up Fr. John suggested I send it to Womble Watch Works in Atlanta for service. I sent my watch in mid-April and last week was notified that the watch was ready to be returned. Rather than have them ship it, I went in to pick it up as I only live about 90 miles away.I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. When I asked if I could speak with Mr. Womble about my Speedy Pro she said, sure. In just a minute Mr. Womble appreared, held out his hand and said please call me Ashley. I was with Fr. John and when Ashley saw John they struck up a quick catch up as they have been friends for a long time.I asked Ashley what exactly was wrong with my Speedmaster. He said for us to come into his office and he would explain the problem using his service manual. We went into his neatly arranged office/work area and he proceeded to show me exactly what was wrong with my watch. It turned out to be an adjustment rather than a major issue, he said. After that w
6 digit Sub with a leather strap
Hello allI am happy to have joined this forum, as even though I have a lot to learn, I do feel like I've learned a lot on here Last week or so, I learned from a member on here, that the 6 digit Submariner case, has a groove cut into it, between the lugs, where the solid end links on the bracelet sit (or something like that). I understood from this member that this groove destroys leather straps. Is there a way to use a leather strap on a 6 digit Submariner, without having to use end links, or curved lug ends, or curved spring bars? Many thanks to all
