Chopard screen seems to be high quality
The color LCD display negative operates a series of functions such as a chronograph, alarm, second time zone, calendar and easy to reverse. The screen seems to be high quality, so it look like you are wearing some odd Frankenstein luxurious watches. In fact the movement is likely to be a thermo-compensated quartz, because it is certified COSC chronometer - which has special requirements for quartz watches in terms of accuracy and to provide this certification.
Big Blue
After Basel last year there were only two watches that really piqued my interest.SS Skydweller Blue and the Omega Big Blue.I registered my interest with AD's in both and waited. With the AD I am on the list with for the Skdweller still not having had one in, I made an executive desicion to get the Big Blue when the Omega AD gave me the call. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be more pleased. The blue is darker than it comes up in pictures, and seems to change with the light.Really comfortable on the wrist and the build quality is outstanding.Accuracy is superb and the GMT function allows me to keep track of my youngest daughter who is travelling in India at the moment. It's a pain that India is one of those countries with an half hour time zone thingy!!Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
I need an advice...
I need some help, I will offer an Omega watch sports as part payment of a Panerai I'm selling as although I like all sports Omega I'm not very knowledgeable in this brand. All models are reliable? They keep all the same value or there is one that is devalued more? My PAM is 2012 almost new it's almost new I'm lowering the price by 37% of the new. I have to do more or less the same with the Omega offered to me?Thanks in advance for the advice.Regards
Move a 5135 for 5726?
OK all, going to introduce my first this or that post. I understand its personal preference and think I know where I am going with it, but wanted to pick your brains a bit.I currently own a 5135G - annual calendar gondolo case. Considering a 5726 Nautilus annual calendar on bracelet (white dial). I currently have the 5712 steel/bracelet which is why I am leaning towards the white dial 5726.To get the 5726 its very likely I'd have to sell the 5135. Yes or no? Would you, and why?Again, I've issued the its your choice advice often myself but curious to get the forum thoughts.
Contemplating my first flip...
So last year I bought my first Rolex, a Sub LVc. I love it, its an awesome watch and I love the green. I am sort of a bigger guy (wrists are 7.25) and usually like a slightly larger watch. Been thinking about the DSSD D-Blue, worried they may discontinue it and I love the dial and blue is a color I love. Will I regret flipping my first Rolex? I'd just save to buy another, but Im also saving for a house downpayment so its hard to justify a second Rolex in a year, considering that goal, but them discontinuing it has me thinking it may be now or never.
