Baume & Mercier Capeland Flyback Chronograph (Video)
For 2011 the 180-year-old brand is launching a new chronograph in its Capeland line. The 44mm case, available in steel or 18K red gold, houses a La Joux-Perret automatic bi-compax chronograph movement with flyback and date. The dial offers a distinctly vintage appeal with telemeter and tachymeter scales. Blued or gilt Breguet hands complete the retro look. Find wallpaper and prices inside. The movement is visible through a sapphire caseback and features blued steel screws and a circular-grained finish for the plate and the bridges. The rotor is engraved with the brand's emblematic Phi, further adorned with C?tes de Genve and snailed dcor. The steel version is priced at $7000, while the 18K red gold model retails at $18,000plete specifications appear below the images, which may be enlarged with a click.ReferencesCAPELAND 10006 – SteelCAPELAND 10007 – 18K red goldMovement: Manufacture, automatic, (La Joux-Perret 8147-2)Open worked oscillating weight adorned with C?tes de
AP ROO RG 42mm Gold Dial - reviews and opnions
Hi! I already have the novelty Rg 44mm. Will I find the 42mm on Strap - too small in comparison. As I think I might have posted this question earlier but I will be ordering the watch without trying it on. Any pros or cons? Or should I just go for it. For many like myself AP ROO with a full gold bezel is a grail and a must. Looking forward to hearing from All. IThank you regards Urooj

Daytona SS White is foursome leader!
I have been very fortunate to have had the pleasure of rotating the following four timepieces:-Daytona SS ceramic white (D500W)-GMT Master II (BLNR)-Daytona SS ceramic black (D500B)-SeaDweller 4000 (SD4K)I can certainly say that the D500W and SD4K gets the most daily wrist time. Both are perfect for work or gym or life!My BLNR is my go to travel watch. I typically travel once a month for work, so it is perfect for that. D500B so far has been pulled out for dinner out on the town in NYC or special occasions as it seems the dressiest to meHowever without a doubt my favorite is my D500W. It's the alpha male and leader of the pack. it doesn't hurt that I've covetted a Daytona in white since the late nineties and I finally got one early this year!!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
