Margolis will join Michele Sofisti, Sowind Group CEO, Stefano Macaluso, Girard-Perregaux Managing Director, and Massimo Macaluso, JeanRichard Managing Director, to oversee the U.S. expansion strategy.Born in the United States, Margolis graduated with a double major in Latin American studies and foreign languages from the University of Connecticut. Is this normal for a new Royal Oak?
I just purchased this new Royal Oak Dual Time, I am absolutely in love with the watch. And I hope that this will be the first of many AP purchases. One thing that is bugging me about the watch, is the the AP Logo on the clasp sticks out while it's on my wrist, doesn't matter what position my hand is in, it extends out, I want to know if this is normal, or is this a defect? It is still under warranty, so I don't think that will be an issue, but if it's part of the design, I can get used to it, any help would be appreciated.
Omega quarz question
I would like to know if there are new Omega models with quartz movement (the automatics are not exact in any brand (I am going to get rid of my Submariner116610 for that reason) and if possible with a leather handle.Thank you very much.
My Golden Tanned New Mistress (Nicknamed 5712R!!!)
Hi Everyone,First of all thank you to all the people on this fabulous forum that helped me last week whilst I was making sure the deal to buy this watch was right. As mentioned last week, this is way out of my league and I may well be the poorest Patek owner on Earth but I don't mind!I am so excited i may have gone a little crazy with the pictures but I am sure the lovers will be happy to see this beauty!I have taken the photos so you can hopefully sense how i felt whilst undressing her Anyway let me know your thoughts!
Everest band and Rolex Clasp repair
Not sure if this is the right place to post this (am sure this OP will get moved if not!). I'm looking to buy an Everest watch strap band for a GMT Master II 16710. I like the black look of the rubber watch strap - feels sporty and a good alternative to the steel bracelet when sports arise, or summer (finally) comes.Question I had was with regards to the clasp which is used for this band. I'm looking to purchase a Rolex Clasp and have found one available in London (UK here) on ebay but this is advertised as broken in the middle according to the salesperson. Apparently the clasp was used for an Explorer before. Here's a link to the ebay page: https://.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rolex-Dep...YAAOSwbHZaWLKL A few questions I had which I was hoping for advice on:1) How easy is it to fix such a clasp? 2) Is it worthwhile purchasing this clasp and trying to get this repaired so I can use with my everest band? Thanks!
