Galactic 41 Watch From Breitling
The dials are extremely legible - more so that many other modern Breitling watches. It hands to decorative, although as clean dials have applied and polished lume applied hour-markers, but large polished hands also. Like many watches Breitling, the case is all highly polishing for this iced-all-over look of signature. I like the different call options of colours (blue, grey, black, white, cream) and the use of the place in the middle of the dial texture - a design that Breitling has played with delay - which works well here. A very beautiful and well put together shows - size for people who are sick of "too big" watches Breitling. A solid another "everyday wear" brand.
My SS Diver with survivor black hornback croc strap
Well I finally had time to mount the black croc hornback strap with black stitching that I received when I bought my SS diver last month. . It certainly dresses up the diver, it allows it to be worn with a suit. What do you guys think?
Help with RO bracelet adjustment
Hi,Today I became the proud owner of a 15300ST (a blue one!). Will post some pictures later when it fits my wrist. It was shipped to me so I couldn't have the bracelet adjusted by the seller and now want to do this myself.I'm a bit confused however about the order in which to take out links. There are currently 2 links on the '6 side' and 4 links on the '12 side' that can be removed. See picture. My wrist is 7inch and I estimate that I need to take at least 2 links out, possibly 3 (I think a RO is most beautiful when it's not too loose on the wrist).Questions:1) I suppose I have to take out links one by one from each side, so alternating between the two. Is this correct?2) Do I take out the first link on side (A,B) or on side (CDEF) ? It looks a bit counterintuitive but I have the impression the first link has to be removed from the shortest side, possibly ending up with no extra links on the short side and still 3 (or 2) on the long side. Many thanks in advance for you answers!
Show me your "Ed White" Speedmaster....
Wearing my 105.003 Speedmaster aka the Ed White today. Today -June 3rd 2014- is the 49th anniversary of Lt. Colonel Higgins White's historic Gemini 4 space walk, made with one of these Speedmasters strapped to his wrist. Definitely the right stuff!
Swap bracelets between BLNR and 116234
Hi guys.I own a Batman and a 36mm 116234 DJ the former having the new oyster bracelet and the latter the Super Jubilee. Wishing to swap between the two, can someone confirm that it can be done, and provide the serials for any parts needed. My understanding is that I will need new end links for both watches and in particular the 502T for the Batman. Correct? What end links would be needed for the DJ?Thanks!
