Introducing: The Baume & Mercier Five Minute Repeater Pocket Watch And Promesse Jade Timepiece
This is a very special year for Baume & Mercier – the firm is celebrating its 185th anniversary. (The company reckons its history from 1830, when brothers Louis-Victor and Célestin Baume opened a watch dealership under the name, "Frères Baume," in Switzerland. The name Mercier is that of Paul Mercier, who with William Baume incorportated the company uner the name Baume & Mericer in Geneva, in 1918.) In order to mark the occasion, Baume & Mercier has chosen to introduce, at Watches & Wonders in Hong Kong, two new timepieces. visited a local AD today, tried the blue and black dials. Personally, I like the blue dial very much as it has more contrast with orange accents and white sub-dials. The black one also look nice but it's not as sharp or special as the blue one.I am personally picking the orange dial or 44mm white with ceramic bezel. What do you guys think?

My dealer got me this AP clock as a Christmas gift, it was incredibly generous of them but it proves that loyalty pays!The clock itself is manual wind not battery powered and has an 8 day power reserve. Coincidentally I was about to buy a nice clock however my budget would not have extended to this.
