Swiss Army "New" Original Watch
1989 Swiss Army releases their first timepiece. It is called the Original. I have no idea if it was originally called the original. That would be ironic, sort of. It is certainly an icon though. Everyone has seen this watch. Either on someone's wrist, in a store, or just online. This is the original Swiss Army watch designOK, I need to stop saying "original."The great thing about the Original is that it is still made and sold today. Holy crap, is this the VW Beetle of timepieces? In a sense it sort of is. Today the original Original retails for about $195 (a bit cheaper online) and still keeps active types happy with its 37mm wide nylon fiber case and easy to read dial with iconic red bezel. DIVER Crown coming unscrewed
Has anyone else experienced their Divers crown backing off and becoming unscrewed? Not sure if it's the rubber casing or what, but after several hours of wear I look down and the crown has backed off, leaving the crown tube exposed to the elements.

Thanks to Justin, jnelson3097 who recommended me to his trusted AD salesperson who is now also my trusted salesperson. I called and purchased an 38.5 AT with leather wristband. I had to wait almost 5 weeks like Charlie Brown in the mailbox with his head sticking out. It finally arrived yesterday and I haven't stopped smiling since.
