Is The Govberg 'OnTime' iPhone App The Start Of Something All Watch Collectors Need?
Govberg Jewelers, a company that owns several watch stores, iW magazine, a pre-owned watch business, a watch repair facility, and more has just released a new iPhone app called OnTime (previously My Watch Box). The new app builds upon the functionality of their existing apps that help you sell unwanted watches to them and also adds something new which, in my opinion, should be something that all watch collectors need.The Govberg My Watch Box (not going to change all the instances of "My Watch Box" but the name of the app just changed to Govberg OnTime, so please be aware of that) app features some useful tools that, while not unique, are well done. The app includes a watch news aggregator (similar to what Watchville is doing), a "watch box," a place to browse new and used watch inventory for sale, as well as a tool for helping you to sell pre-owned watches to Govberg. PO 8500 Lume Shots
I just took a couple lume shots. Long exposures aren't done very well on my point and shoot, but you get the idea. I love the blue and green lume. Both of my Omegas had better lume than my GMTIIC.Once my other Omega stuff comes in, I will either dig out one of my better cameras (Hasselblad or Mamiya, both with digital backs) and get some better shots for all to see.Rob.

Visit to the AD
I stopped by my favourite AD today and he had a great watch to show me... the 5905P!Well it was love at first sight for me... At 42mm size, it sat perfectly well balanced on my wrists (6.5). The Black dial has a satin finish and look to it... the readability on the dial is fantastic with the slight thin lume on the hands! Love the weight of the Platinum... This is now my grail watch...Here are a few pictures... please enjoy...

Hi there!I am thinking of a wedding anniversary gift for my ever so loving wife and thought of giving her a watch for this milestone in our lives.A little background:My wife is a corporate lawyer so she spends most of her days in the office or board room working on mergers etc. but despite my wife's aggressive nature of work she is very feminine and it reflects on how she dresses and how she carries herself. Her requirements in a watch is that it must have a date, must be a white or light colored dial. the Calatrava & twenty4 collection might be out.I am looking at the nautilus collection and picked this two out and would like to here your opinion on it.
