Which horse to the stable?
Hi everyone, I currently own a Patek 5164g (slate dial) a JLC Grand Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface Bleu and a Rolex GMT IIc. Looking to add the final piece to my core four. The choices are: or The ROC Tribute to Italy is a great complement to the current stable. The ROP is just dang gorgeous but competes with my 5146, complication wise (why have an AC and a PC?). What say you? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think this may be THE one....
I only own stainless steel watches and gold watches, I have no two tone watches and I do not yet own an AP...I think I may have found my next purchase...simply gorgeous timepiece!!!!
AP terminator
I watched Terminator 3 the other day and at the beginning Arnold, the robot terminator for those who aren't fan of this type of movies, steals a car and inside the car there's a watch, an AP ROO, didn't quite catch the model, but what's funny is that you see through his eyes and within a whole lot of robot things it analyses the watch and you see ACCURATE.Found funny that AP was in the movie, but strange that some guy would leave his ROO in his pick up I also very often leave my Patek or AP in my car Here's a link if you want to take a look it's at 15 minutes for those who don't want to watch the whole movie, it has something of the AP survivor but different, seems to me they made a prototype for the movie as I never saw one like this before...putlocker.ms/watch-terminator...putlocker.html
wanting to push go on pam 392
so my last purchase was a submariner and now i have decided that i would definitely love a panerai 392. meets all the criteria. date without bubble, 42mm, SS etc. but i have a conundrum. i could buy it in the uk new but pay a premium or wait until i go on holiday later this year and buy it from a official dealer for a saving of 1000 plus the tax(i guess, having not looked into it). i am not in any rush but i was hoping for some wise words from the forum
