Daytona traded for AP RO 15400st
Hi All,It's been 2 hours and so far no regrets. I made a f2f trade for a silver/white 15400st for my white 116520 Daytona. I had concerns about size, but I'm very happy with the fit on my relatively flat wrist. It was my first time handling an AP and it was love at first sight (and handle). Boy I can see how this can be very addicting!The Daytona is gone but will definitely be missed. I guess I'll just have to find a Daytona C someday to fill its void.
Project X Diver
There is a local Dealer I work with that has a Project X Diver for sale. I am normally totally against DLC Coating on watches, but this thing is awesome. My concern is Resale Value/Ability.Will this be a hard watch to move should I ever want to sell it? Will it hold its value? His asking price is very reasonable considering what Project X Designs charges for the watch. I would be trading a 16570 Polar Explorer (That I never wear anymore) along with Cash if I decide to pull the trigger. Anyone here have a Project X Diver? Cutting rubber strap?
Hello all, taking delivery of my first Patek (5167r) this next week. I planned on getting it in person but I'm having it shipped instead. Has anyone sized the strap themselves? If so, what tools do I need? I removed the links from my AP bracelet so I'm not afraid of taking on the challenge!Thanks in advance.
