Is Continental Jewelers (in Washington) an Omega AD?
I'm trying to find them in Omega's official list and am having trouble doing so.I hear this place get recommended often enough, but is it an AD?(There seems to be an AD down the road from Continental Jewelers with a different name and address)
Seamaster Quartz
Hi all! I'm really enjoying reading all the info on this forum. Really great. My father gave me his old Seamaster Quartz which he bought in the 80's. Any information on this and whether it's worth getting this fixed? It hasn't been running for many years and needs a fair amount of refurbishment. Not too sure as to its value.
Cellini Pricing - what's fair?
Happy New Year, everyone! So, I'm particularly fond of the rose gold, black lacquer Cellini - ref 50505 - but of course cannot stomach paying MSRP for it, which is around 15,000 USD. I've looked and looked and what I find online is somewhat bizarre. Essentially, everyone offering the piece for sale, be it gray market or pre-owned, wants something in the 9000-12000 USD range, but almost all the watch pricing aggregator sites swear that it's value is closer to 4000-8000 tops (NIB). I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out what's fair to offer to sellers...thoughts on this one?
