Richemont Reports Strong Sales Results
Richemont has announced that its sales for the five months ended August 31 2010 increased by 37 percent at actual exchange rates. At constant exchange rates and excluding the impact on sales of the acquisition of Net-a-Porter in April 2010, sales increased by 22 percent. The Group acknowledges that its results reflect, in part, low sales figures for 2009. Europe, including the Middle East, remains the Group’s most important region, accounting for 41 percent of overall sales. At constant exchange rates and excluding new businesses, sales in the European region increased by 15 percent. The Asia-Pacific region, including China, continued to report strong sales growth. The Americas region also reported strong growth, albeit compared to very weak comparative figures. Sales growth in Japan was largely due to favorable exchange rate effects.Excluding the acquisition of Net-a-Porter, retail sales increased by 24 percent at constant exchange rates, reflecting strong growth in all regions.
Strap recommendations for AP ROO Silver Themes aka Panda
Hello. Surprised I didn't see another thread about this.I finally snagged a watch that I've been after for awhile - the AP ROO Panda. Mine came on the black croc hornback which unfortunately is too short for me (only measured 105/70 which is crazy).Other than the croc hornback and bracelet, I wanted to see what others were wearing. First post on the forum, and of course I'm bringing up a topic that always comes up....but I am hoping I can get some feedback.I am interested in purchasing a two tone rose gold datejust 41 jubilee bracelet with the slate dial. As far as I know this is a pretty new configuration. From what I've gathered, it seems that the all gold models tend to have a bit of leeway in being discounted. Is it realistic to expect a discount on the model I am interested in?
