Loiseau 1f4 Watch
The coolest part of this ultra-complex watch called the 1f4 is really tough to notice unless you are looking for it. Even though this timepiece is double-sided (quite literally and I will get to that), it is an automatic. The spinning rotor of the watch is placed in the bezel, actually both bezels. You see, the bezels are actually made out of sapphire crystal. Under them is a spinning piece of 18k gold (available in various gold colors) that is the rotor. The only problem is that the transition between the sapphire and the rotor is so smooth you can't even tell they are different. So to inform you that something is actually spinning, each rotor has a single inset diamond that spins around. This little feature is the beginning of one of the most technically sophisticated timepieces on the planet.My hands-on experience is with an unfinished 1f4 prototype. Unrivalled Gulf Oil luxurious Watch
What you see here is an edition of the Gulf of the BRM V12-44 shows. It is 44 mm wide in case steel PVD black with very little information and articulated pods. The Gulf logo is placed on the Dial as well as on the Crown. Inside of the watch is a Switzerland ETA automatic chronograph movement.

I am not really interested in this watch unless I can get it cheap, but what the heck is the seller getting at with the way he describes it.....or is it me. How was this converted? What model is this thing and do you think it's real. With all that said you can guess it's an eBay listing....231805966288Thanks

A little consolidating and an incoming
I've always wanted a full PM piece so after a long while of debating, researching, trying on different options and some nice encouragement from my wife I consolidated two pieces and ended up with the following I'm over the moon with it and glad I went for the yellow gold. I debated forever between yellow gold and the white gold sub as I have never worn any yellow gold before and am typically very low key. The brushed surfaces give it a great look and my wife is very happy with my choice (she has a 116613lb as a gift from me that she wears daily). I've trimmed down to 2 watches now and I'm very happy with the results: this 116618lb and a Patek 5167a. The two watches are polar opposites and pretty much cover all the bases for me. Very happy to have joined this club. Now, onto more pictures of the watch and a bunch of others that I tried on in the process. And a tray full of gorgeous DD40's just because. Cheers!
