Affordable Vintage: Citizen 52-0110
Seiko seems to get all the love when it comes to vintage Japanese dive watches, but Citizen was also producing some top notch tool divers in the 1970's. One of their most popular divers with collectors today is the now classic model 52-0110. Made in the late 1970's, the Citizen 52-0110 was similar in many respects to its Seiko counterparts, the 6105 and 6309 divers.While the Seiko had some pretty radical case design elements, the Citizen is more classically styled. The large, solid stainless steel case measures a healthy 40mm wide by just over 46mm long and nearly 14mm thick. Large, straight lugs set at 20mm wide give it a sturdy feel on the wrist. The large crown is at 3 o'clock, and screws down for superior water resistance. GMT II with 3186 vs 3185
Hi Quick questions came to mind as I was reading another post regarding the New High of the 3186. I don't get it, but it is what it is.https://.rolexforums/showthread.php?t=5906191. Do the Rolex movements have serial numbers/codes/markings on them?2. What's to stop an unscrupulous person with a late Z or early M series 16710 with a 3185 and swap it out with a 3186 from a 116710?Thanks

Rolex AD accepting cash or check only for BLNR?
Hey guys, I finally found a BLNR near me, but salesman over the phone said he's only accepting cash/check only on this popular piece. I was hoping to rack up some rewards points with this ~$10k purchase. Are Rolex AD's allowed to do stuff like this? Part of me just wants to pass on the watch on principle alone.
