The internal instructure of Breitling's Avenger Seawolf
As soon as the internal pressure reaches approximately 3 bars, the valve automatically evacuates the helium is built during stays extended to depths and avoids thus case explodes. Given that the watch is enough High-Tech and apt for you especially if you spend most of your life under the water, his $3,520.00 price tag should not make you lose your breath.
Question about the Royal Oak 15300
Hello,Is it possible to change a white dial at service to black or blue. If so do you know the aprox. cost for dial change incl. dial. What dial colour did the first series of the 15300 initially come with???The reason that Im asking is that the white dial, which I do think looks great, usually is the cheapest to get on a Royal Oak 15300 on the second hand market. The problem is that I have a White dial Daytona that I would like to keep like that...if you know what I mean. Thanks and have a good day.//Fred
1968 Original Constellation Value?
Since my FrankenSpeedy debacle I would like to own at least one original Omega. So where do you find an original Omega? Well, it found me. Remember, buy the seller. So my best friend says to me I want to sell my Omega, what do you think it is worth?. He bought it brand new in 1968 when he was stationed in Wiesbaden. He has worn it about 40 times and has never had it opened. This is what you would call all original with box and papers. He did change the leather band 25 years ago and even has the receipt for that.If I was to buy it, what should I offer him. It will need a cleaning and overhaul.Sorry some of the pictures rotated when I uploaded them.Thank you for your responses.
Incoming. SS Rolex (BLNR). From a UK AD(!!!)
Finally got the call today. Absolutely stoked. Deposit down. Pick up on Saturday. I thought, since from time to time on here folk enquire about getting hold of popular sports Rolexes in the UK, I'd briefly relay my experience. I'm not an expert, and I'm not saying what I've done is the best or only way of getting hold of one. But it's what I did. Bear in mind, this will be my first Rolex, albeit I have a few nice watches from other brands I had no kudos with any AD save for an Omega boutique. I'm not a VIP, nor a big spender on PM watches. So the hunt began last Summer. Saw a BLNR in Watchfinder Canary Wharf and fell for it - this watch looks so much better in the metal and on the wrist than any picture. I went straight across to the nearest AD (WOS Canary Wharf) and got myself a place at number 140(!) on their waiting list (quoted 1 year). Then, with my wife for some unknown reason enthused about the hunt, I resolved to incorporate finding local Rolex AD's on our frequent weekend trip
Rolex Article
For all you Gearheads out there, nice article mostly on the Daytona in the January issue of Automobile magazine.
