Apple Watch Sales Begin In Switzerland, The Heart Of Luxury Watchmaking
On June 26, 2015, the Apple Watch has been made available in seven new markets including, you guessed it, watchmaking country, Switzerland. It is fresh news, but it also gives us a chance to discuss the interesting Swiss trademark issue that potentially related to the introduction of the?Apple Watch in Switzerland. There are conflicting reports about the precise nature of the issue but if some news reports were true then Apple has to deal with a potentially conflicting and per-existing "Apple Watch" trademark in Switzerland. Some guessed that this was expected to be a?considerable obstacle for Apple to overcome before a possible launch?of the Watch in the country. We also take a quick look?at?how the Apple Watch was?received in the home of horology, and the impact it has?already had?on it.The Apple Watch was first made available as much?as two months ago, on April 24th C but, ironically, Switzerland was not?among the nine?countries that were given access to the first shipments. So i decided to go with the advice of the "enablers"
Hi everyone, After giving it much consideration and taking in the suggestions from members of the forum. I decided to make the flip and picked this up. In the process I let go of my Exp II Polar and the Speedmaster. Thanks to Ocrolexguy for a smooth transaction and everyone that provided their input. I'm loving this watch!
Adventuring with the Diver
The Diver's popularity seems to keep growing here on the forum. I got mine in late April as my second AP (just three weeks after my Panda came into my life). It's a great go-anywhere kind of watch! After seeing Submarino's adventures I thought id share a trip I took with mine.I went to the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington State. Beautiful spot to relax and find a different kind of island experience. It's accessible only by ferry or plane. I took a De Havilland Seaplane! Let's see some Chrono Superocean pictures!
The Breitling Chrono Superocean is a watch that was on my mind a while back. Having spent a lot of my time obsessing over Rolex I feel long over due for some variety, change and a true tool watch to keep the rest of my life. This watch has some neat features that are fairly useful and never owning an Automatic Chronograph in the past it seems the only way to go! Was always a huge fan of aviation or wanting to fly from the time I was a kid and also love the ocean and dive watches. This watch seems to have everything desired in one great looking package! Not to mention this brand has an excellent history behind them. What are pre owned prices like currently on this? Seems as if Breitling in general has some great deals due to the initial depreciation. I am leaning more towards the Blue dial on the polished Pro II bracelet Anyway, let's see some pictures of these great watches! I will start things off:From - breitlingsource
