Putting Diver strap on Bumblebee
I decided to swap out my Bumblebee's hornback strap for the Diver's rubber strap. Why? The hornback is stiff and not really a good choice for summer wear. I also find single-fold deployants uncomfortable so the Diver's tang buckle is a must for me.First let's gather up the parts...Let's assemble the Diver strap...Now we need to remove the old strap and plots...Install the new plots and strap...Now enjoy a great looking AND comfortable Bumblebee!?(before and after)?

Hey guys !Quick presentation : I'm nearly 24, I currently own a Blue Z Milgauss and a Breitling 01 43.I've bought a 16710 last summer that I sold already.Was thinking of buying an AP 15400 but I'm not quite ready to spend that kind of money, seems too much for what it is.I've been thinking a lot lately, and this Omega Speedmaster Moonphase, and if I pull the tringer I think I'll buy the SS bracelet too.What do you guys think of this Speed ?
5980 SS on a Strap
Has anyone tried fitting their 5980 SS watch with a strap? I am curious to know how that went. I am really interested in this piece if the strap was an option with the SS version ala 5726A, be it custom. I like the Rose gold that Patek has out but I am not a rose gold person.
Thoughts on sport watches with leather bands?
Hi All, So I am considering the Nautilus Collection. I am wondering what the community thinks about sport watches on leather bands that cant really be exposed to water or sport induced sweat?Especially for a watch named 'Nautilus' and that is rated to 120m, but cant get wet. This may be a form function type question. I am not sure how I feel yet, I am on the fence. On one hand I see the inspiration of sport watch into a dressier on-leather watch; there is a market for it, so why not make them. On the other hand, I wonder if PP considered a band of a waterproof material such as what Blancpain did on their 50 fathoms. How does everyone feel about sport and water-oriented watches on leather?Thanks for chiming in!
