Introducing: The Cartier Ronde "Croisiere" Cruise Collection (Live Pics, Pricing)
Well, though it’s still just barely mid-August, the days are already getting shorter, and the first back-to-school sale catalogues are in the mail. A lot of us are spending the last couple of golden (we hope) weeks of summer getting all the relaxation crammed in that we can before heading back to our various versions of work-related reality. So, since summer’s lease hath all too short a date and that date is pretty much upon us, why the heck is Cartier launching a “cruise collection” of men’s watches now? 1 OF 6 Well, to understand the timing, you have to know what a cruise collection is. In the style world, a cruise collection (the word “croisiere” is French for “cruise”) is also sometimes known as a resort collection and the idea here is that a lot of folks don’t just head to the beach during the dog days of August – historically, folks with the means to do so often made a point of heading south for the
Suggest a strap (NATO? Bund?) for my vintage omega
I have an old 60-70s Omega constellation which came with a steel bracelet.I've tried putting a black crocodile but it just doesn't look quite good and it gets 0 wrist time.I was thinking I could revitalize the look with maybe a NATO strap or a bund strap.Any suggestions?Has anyone seen a conny on nato?Another thing is I was wondering what you guys think about polishing the case.

I woke up early this morning and started to think about what I would do if I won the Lottery, I actually got a ticket this week.So here is not the place to talk about houses, cars and trips, but seems the perfect place to talk watches, so I started to look at the ones I would want to have and here they are, I didn't realize until now at how many incredible and amazing watches you could get if you had unlimited money for your watch fund, of course there are many, many more stunning watches, but these would be the ones I would really get if I could, and they would be for me the ultimate watch collection.I tried to stay in rare but obtainable pieces, which is why many stunning ones like the 5711P are not in the list since they are close to impossible to get.Clearly at the present moment any which one from Patek from the Grande Complication section would make my day/year/life.Of course Patek is the most represented, but there are 3 other brands represented as well, but only 1 model from ea
Yachtmaster decisions
Looking for my next purchase. Won't be until spring unless I get a stellar deal to get me to jump earlier. Torn between these 2 babies. The 116622 will be bought early spring. I'd need 2 more months after that to get the cash for the TT. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
