Fr��d��rique Constant has partnered with Cohiba premium cigars to create two bespoke wristwatches exclusively for the U.S. and its territories, including the U.S Virgin Islands. The Fr��d��rique Constant for Cohiba Limited Edition timepieces will be unveiled at a private VIP reception on September 22 at Club Macanudo in New York City. Designed as an homage to the Cohiba brand, each of the handcrafted Swiss wristwatches features an ivory-colored dial with tobacco brown Roman numerals in a sleek, rectanguar case with a hand-sewn tobacco brown Croco-pattern calf strap.Presented in a handsome wood humidor that features a window to showcase the handcrafted cigars within, only a 376 individually-numbered pieces will be available. The steel model (limited to 188 pieces) will be available solely at authorized Fr��d��rique Constant retailers for a suggested retail price of $1,650, and the rose gold-plated watch (limited to 188 pieces) will carry a $1,750 suggested price. Vintage Omega question...info please...
I'm a tyro when it comes to Omega, but I have had my eye on a vintage Seamaster from circa '58-'59. Thoughts on this particular example would be welcome.... condition and value. Based on my limited research it looks good to me, and I have seen similar examples that sold in the US$7-900 range. It is represented as all-original, and keeping good time. Thanks much.

not so easy to tell from the dial strange to many but maybe understood here....took this pic when working at home before a vacation. had to spend time with a few pieces not making the trip since i'd miss them.

ADs in Dubai these days - better selection that US?
I have a friend currently in Dubai who has offered to watch hunting for me if I want him to. Does anyone have a recent sense of which ADs have the best selections? I've been staggered by the choice (even though a bit pricier than the US) when I've been there previously but its been a couple of years so no idea what current landscape is like and if extreme shortages of SS daytonas, Hulks etc are the same as in the US. Thanks for any tips!

AD recommendations in Louisiana...
Hello everyone. I'm new to the Rolex world and have been doing a bit of research. I would like to begin building a relationship with a local AD. I'm looking for recommendations in Louisiana and possibly the Dallas Fort Worth area as well as Austin Texas. I'm in DFW and Austin 4-6 times a year. New Orleans and Baton Rouge are a short ride away as well. Has anyone dealt with anyone in particular that they would recommend? I'll be purchasing an 116610LN within the next few weeks. Heading down to New Orleans this weekend and intend on visiting a few ADs there. Thanks for any help.
