Awful PASC Experience - just got my 237 Back
So, I sent my PAM 237 in to Richemont PASC for a diag/service/polish. It was the beginning of this month. I just received it back tonight and was so excited I open up the box and the cool case they send it back in. It looks so shiny and new and perfectly polished. I am excited I flip it over to the back, aww yeah polished good..... WTF... WTF IS THAT. :bang head:Seriously? It looks like somehow they missed a huge portion of gasket sticking out of the case back? I mean, for real? What is my recourse here? Am I just expected to send it back in and take it on the chin? Should I complain to PASC?Should I demand a free watch for this incompetence (joke) but seriously?

You all asked for pics on Christmas after she opened her gift!!The look on my wife's face was priceless this morning when we opened our gifts. As you can see she had a puzzled kind of no you didn't.... yes you did look on her face. She had no idea it was coming & that made it awesome!! Her first Rolex 114200. Removed 3 links & it's on her wrist!!!Merry Christmas TRF from my family to yours!
