5 Standout Skeleton Watches From SIHH 2015
The WatchTime editorial team recently returned from SIHH 2015, and one of the trends we noticed at this year’s fair was a number of brands putting their own spin on the classical skeleton watch. Over the years, various versions of the Crash have appeared, produced in very limited editions, becoming cult favorites among Cartier watch enthusiasts. This year’s Cartier Crash Skeleton, however, is a true milestone in the collection the first Cartier Crash with an openworked movement that is actually shaped to conform to the “crashed” dimensions of the case. Nato Straps for a 47mm
Hi, anyone have a good source for a Nato strap for my 372? I saw a nice one on Instagram and asked the owner where he got it and he pointed me to an Italian company. When I contacted them, they said the shipping alone was 60 Euros to Asia for the straps. No way I'm paying more for shipping than the price of the straps. Anyway, does someone have a source for some good Nato straps?Cheers!
Mondays and ADs
I got the call this past Friday that my 116500LN had arrived. I have been on the list since last year and of course the call comes when I am out of the area. Regardless, the AD held it for me till Monday. It was a loonnng weekend to say the least. The staff helped make this experience one I'll always remember and I am thankful to have a great AD to do business with. For many reasons this purchase and it's timing were monumental, however to make it even better I also picked up a gift for my father. He and I have shared a passion for watches for many years and now in his retirement and this coming Father's Day, he will have his first Rolex. One that he has always wanted.... the Explorer 1.Just wanted to share one of the best Mondays I can remember. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
