Parmigiani Bugatti Tourbillon Watch + Bugatti Galibier 16C Car
It was years ago now - more than 10- when I first saw what was to become this Bugatti Galibier 16C Concept car. It was the Bugatti EB 218, a concept that shared the same fastback shape and uber luxury stance as this close to production Bugatti Galibier 16C automotive. Perhaps the EB 218 was a bit more attractive, but certainly not as advanced. Car lovers have known for a while now that Bugatti was to follow up its money losing 16/4 Veyron over a million dollar car, with other vehicles. Little is known about the details of this Bugatti Galibier but it will not be the significantly lower priced sports car we are looking forward to. It is an all new sedan, also with a 16 cylinder 8 liter engine and a two-stage supercharger. What is interesting about the engine is that it is made to be a Flex Fuel motor. Meaning it can accept standard gasoline as well as ethanol. No, it is not being marketed by GM. The car also features a substantial amount of carbon fiber as well as the large polished alu
The high price of a Versace Watch must have made many people

In-Depth: Twelve Of The Greatest Missing Watches, Including Paul Newman's Paul Newman, John Lenn
The intersection of politics and popular culture with wristwatches is undeniably fascinating. I mean, that's basically why I have a job. Equally fascinating is the pursuit of these timepieces at the center of this interesection by watch collectors, dealers, and auction houses. There are a handful of documented important wrist and pocket watches out there that the world at large is still looking for. What I mean by that is they have not been publicly sold or located, like say Eric Clapton's platinum 2499, Gandhi's Zenith pocket watch, or Steve McQueen's 5512 Submariner (we won't get into his seemingly never ending supply of Monacos), though we know they exist via a blurry old 35mm photograph, or word of mouth. This is a short list of twelve watches that we know to exist, have serious interest in, but have seemingly gone missing. Pablo Picasso's Jaeger-LeCoultre Triple Calendar + Rolex GMT-Master 2 OF 12 Seen prominently in famed portrait phot
1 extra year warranty when purchasing using your credit card
Like everyone else, I try to use a credit card to purchase anything. Points/cash back, piece of mind and of course extended warranty protection. Depending on your AMEX (I'm sure other brands offer this as well) you'll receive one extra year added to the original manufacturer's warranty. Of course, you'll receive a better price by paying in cash, so I guess I'm wondering what price you guys value an extra year? Send off your watch for the water resistance test and that's another. Thoughts?I can't even begin to explain how helpful this benefit of my credit card has been in the past. With computers alone it's saved me thousands.
Houston We Have a BIG Problem!!
So i'm sure many of you remember last week I had purchased an AP Legacy and posted several pictures of it. Well, over the weekend I was only wearing it around the house and because of it's HUGE 48mm size, the ceramic octagonal crown was digging into my wrist and hurt because of the sharp point. I could'nt screw down the crown anymore to change the angle and if I tried to unscrewed it a bit to change the angle of the crown and to make it not be so uncomfortable, i feared water would get in it and didn't want to take such a big risk with such a $$ watch. Another negative about the watch is, the bullet proof strap was starting to frey a bit, and i could only imagine what it would look like after a couple of months... also, the strap isn't waterproof because of the leather underside of the strap, so I could never swim with it or shower or anything.. it would be just a once in a while watch which I already own in my collection.. I really loved it so much, but these were things that hit me w
