Also, thank you Hamilton for generously providing this watch for the September giveaway.After a week of owning the Hamilton Khaki Pilot Day Date, I still remain impressed with the overall fit and feel of this piece.?This watch definitely was handsome right out of the box and set a strong first impression with me. This is my first aviator style watch and my first Hamilton. I will try and keep my observations as objective as possible.? My background with Swiss watches is rather shortI own one other Swiss automatic, a dark face Victorinox Officer's Day Date, so some of my observations are based off of my experience with that piece,

Has anyone tried a deployant on the diver or new offshore chromo?
I am thinking about getting a new strap for a forged carbon diver. AP makes a 29mm x 20mm strap for the new chronos (20mm at the buckle), and there are now both tang and deployant options. Has anyone tried the deployant? Thanks!

Thoughts on the Nautilus 3800?
Hello everyone. Wondering what everyone's thoughts here were on the Nautilus 3800. It seems to me it has the same bones as the highly sought after 3700 (except for the seconds hand) but just slightly smaller at 37mm. Great potential value?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

OP 39 on NATO . . . didn't think I'd like it.
Recently sold my 116600 Sea-Dweller which put my OP 39 into the 24/7/365 slot. Previously, it was relegated to weekender/dress-up duty. I'd wear it when I just wanted something different and lighter or when I went to church or out on a date with my wife.The other night, bored and on a whim, I decided to try a NATO band on the watch. Didn't really think they would go together that well. To my surprise I like it!The simplicity and ruggedness of the NATO seems make the beauty of the polished OP 39 case pop out.Some will like, some won't. For me it's a nice change.
