Brad Pitt 's Patek Philippe Nautilus luxurious Watch have a large collection
Brad Pitt , watch lover known, has a seriously intense collection of watches. Watch, I heard he bought (and the frequency he does), it must have a very large collection. Enough and each of its children are likely to get a day a legacy of sizable timepieces.
Vacheron Constantin Launches The Ultra Complicated Reference 57260, Plus Multiple Drop Dead Gorgeous
This is shaping up to be an absolutely astonishing year for Vacheron Constantin. Even without the Reference 57260 (which we covered for you here, and here, and here) it would have been an impressive year for VC just on the basis of its new Harmony Collection (which, you might remember, we looked at here and here, and which we also covered in the latest installment of Three on Three). But then, they dropped the Reference 57260 on us – and now, at Watches & Wonders in Hong Kong, they’ve give us even more. Let’s start with a watch we fell in love with the minute we saw the pictures: the Historiques Cornes de Vache 1955. The name is just one of the many things that sound better in French; it means “cow’s horns” – and the watch is pretty much a solid, unadulterated dose of horological pleasure. This isn’t the first time you’ve seen it, if you follow HODINKEE, but having seen it in the metal, we can assure you, it’s every
5712 vs 5726 water rating?
Anyone know why the 5712 is only 60m waterproof instead of 120m, which according to its own manual is due to the two pushers for the moon phase and date corrections. But the 5726 is rated to 120m even though it has four pushers to correct the day, month, date and moon phase?Does this have something to do with the 240 movement in disguise? Other than that, it makes no sense.Anyone have any thoughts on this? I believe the 5712 is the only Nautilus rated below 120m. I also think it is the only Nautilus with a 240 movement. Even the Aquanaut 5164 has a 120m rating even with a corrector pusher for the date and the two large pushers for the time function. Weird.Any thoughts?
1st post and 1st Rolex...Deepsea Blue.
4927CFC7-08F8-4437-B045-11B5CD6F4914.jpegIt's big but could care less (have a tiny wrist). Love it! Seems like the resale from other sites is lowering the price. Could care less, no regrets on the purchase. AD offered the SD43 first but someone left a deposit quickly before a response. Two months later got a phone call for the deepsea blue and just bought it on the spot. I got that feeling that this will eventually discontinue. Any thoughts?
