Idea of Polishing AP ROO Chrono before Servicing
Guys,My new ROO Safari is almost 1 year old now and developing quite number of scratches....To be honest, theyre annoying me to some degree....Thats why, been thinking to have it polished (by APSC of course) eventhough its not yet the service time....What do you think about the idea Guys?SyahrilSent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

Questions about polishing
One of my favorite Patek references is the 5124g Gondolo, however at $27.2k retail, and what they sell for pre-owned ($16-19k) it's not really a reference I would buy new. There is a used one listed by Govberg (Patek AD in Philly) on here listed as LNIB, but I was told a month or so ago by a sales associate that it has been polished and from 2008. I come from a purely Rolex collecting standpoint where polishing is highly undesired. Is that the same with Patek? Even if done by Stern I would be wary of polishing, especially on a case that is highly unique like this one. And is polished and from 2008 really LNIB?Link: .rolexforums/showthrea...ighlight=5124g
Advice wanted; A couple of different buying options
I’ve been reading this forum for some time now and I get a lot of great information. I’m kinda of in limbo land trying to decide on a watch or watches to buy. I’m consider the following pre-owned PP watches and I have in the low 20s to spend:Option 1:5110 5035 5055 6000 5296 5711 (blue or white dial)Option 2:5065ARolex Milgauss (green sapphire crystal model)I currently own a few Rolexes and wear a Daytona daily. If I went with Option 1, I would wear the PP watch occasionally and continue wearing the Daytona everyday. If I went with Option 2, I would probably swap out the 5065a and the Milgauss or with my other Rolexes on a daily basis. (How likely is that, usually once a favorite is picked out and then it becomes the daily to wear). Here is the dilemma I’m wrestling with, the watches listed in Option 1 I really prefer over the 5065a. Problem is I don’t see wearing it everyday and it will stay in the watch winder more than on my wrist. With Option 2 I think
Sub c for sub c lv
As some of you guy probably know, tomorrow I and family will go to japan. I has been researching on Jackroad, Kamekichi, Housekihiroba web like once every 1 minute.I kinda come up with idea to flip my sub c ln to sub c lv. I probably need to add up some cash around usd3000.Please someone tell me whether Im crazy or not. Many points of my consideration:1. Black sub is like everywhere2. Hold value better???3. I can install the cash up to 6 months with 0% interest4. Sub c lv here in my country sells like 5-10% higher than their selling pricePlease someone help
