359 new shoes.
Finished making the denim strap for my 359 this afternoon. Quite pleased with the result, the wife will be miffed when she finds out I cut her jeans up to make it. Sent by Taptalk from my phone which rather annoyingly and randomly rotates my pictures the wrong way around whenever it takes a fancy. I am sure the damn things got a mind of its own. :-(
Pics of my 422 with it's new strap!!!
Here she is in all her glory with her new Aaron Bespoke (combat-straps) strap! Loving the look! And Aaron is a GREAT guy to deal with!!! HIGHLY recommend him!!!

118135 strap exchange
Strap on 118135 is too short, will RSC charge for exchanging of strap? Watch is brand new, bought only few hours ago...
Log book?
Do you keep a service log book especially for those of us that have multiple Rolex’s? I realize if you send it to an RSC you get paperwork with it but some of us might choose to use one of the few very excellent and reputable independent watchmakers on this forum and not an RSC. I’m thinking about starting a simple log book, date purchased, dates serviced and what was done. So does anybody else do this?
