De GRISOGONO Otturatore Watch Is Four-Faced
After some years of development De GRISOGONO released a fantastic new caliber in a polarizing new timepiece with a name I can barely pronounce. Try saying "Otturatore" a few times really fast. I am sure that means something sexually satisfying in Italian, but this is a Swiss brand through and through. De GRISOGONO is a rare band in the US, but one that has a lot of cool and complex pieces. While a lot of brands like to call themselves "avant garde, " I have to say that De GRISOGONO actually is.What makes me sad is how expensive this watch is. It is about 69,100 - 71,100 Swiss Francs depending on the style. It doesn't need to be that expensive, even though the brand did put a lot of work in to the movement development. Offer a steel-cased version for $20,000 and then at least you have my attention more. Advice welcome... 372 - 587 - 422????
I'm leaning toward the 587 because they seem to be selling right around retail and I'm particularly drawn to the Marina Militare style but 372's are going for extremely appealing prices by comparison and the crown guard speaks to me a bit as well. The 422 would allow for sight of the second hands a bit more complex style though of course and its pricing is certainly a middle ground.... In my shoes which would you fine gentlemen pick as your only Panerai in the watch collection? I'm not a particularly dressed up individual on a daily basis I should say and my stature is that of a 6' Bodybuilder so none of them would be particularly large looking on me. Any guidance/suggestions are much appreciated - thanks for looking!

You��ll never get the bezel colors you want again....
That is to say as long as Rolex produces the cerachrom bezel you will never be happy with the colors (that is to say if you want an exact representation of the 5 digit references). Everyone is complaining ohh! the new GMT still has the wrong color! It's cranberry not red . And so on and so on....Thats not entirely true. Rolex does nail the color for the Blue and the Red- PERFECTLY, but only for an instant when it's in the perfect light and the perfect angle. And never base your opinion on color on a Image you see on online even from Rolex. Those pictures never represent real world lighting. As opposed to the metal bezel in the 5 digits, which is for the most part has a much flatter finish, the cerachrom has glossier/polish finish. It will always bring in slight nuances of other color by means of a slight reflection, from other subtle shade colors that are in your environment.
