Lange Launches Zeitwerk iPhone Application
Response to Lange’s award-winning Zeitwerk has been so strong that the watchmakers in Glashtte are having trouble keeping up with demand. If you’re waiting anxiously for yours to be delivered, or if you just want a cool new app for your iPhone, Lange has something for you – the Zeitwerk iPhone app. Explore the watch in different colors, spin the watch around, and zoom in to explore details up close. The app even lets you disassemble different areas of the watch using the touch screen. The app lets you receive news from the manufacture. It also includes a gallery displaying the Lange collection, and of course you can use it to locate points of sale. You can also register for an exclusive information service that lets you send questions directly to Glashtte. To download the app, visit iTunes and search “lange sohne”.
Laser welding Rose gold possible?
Hey guy, I've been told by so many watch dealer as I've been consulting them on getting a novelty rg. People tell me that rg watch or any gold watch cant be laser welded so if there's a deep scratch I'm screwed. Is this true ? Anyone know or have any experience? He said this is the very reason gold watch price drop more than steel watch as well which if that's the case it make sense. Btw I've been offer a 26401j series 2016 the condition was used with slight scratches. The seller knows me and knowing I want one he send the watch to buff off the light scratches so it look nicer which ruin it for me what's ur thought on that? Or i'm over thinkingSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Tudor Oyster Prince 34 Question
I have the Tudor Oyster Prince 34 pictured and had it serviced by my watch guy (independent). I had him service the movement but not polish or replace anything except the crystal which was cracked but still in one piece. Originally the watch had a slightly domed crystal, something like a 1016 Explorer. He told me he could not source a crystal like that and put a high, flat crystal on it. It looks okay, but I really like the look of the original crystal. The first picture is the new crystal. The second and third are the original crystal. I had him give the original crystal back to me.Can anyone recommend somewhere to get an original style crystal for this watch? It is an Oyster Prince 34 with a serial number and 7909 on the case back. Thank you, in advance.
