Bell & Ross BR 01 Casino Watch
I am not a gambler but gaming can be fun. So fun that a lot of high-end watch brands have devised casino-themed timepieces that either suggest or directly emulate gaming. A popular example was the Girard-Perregaux Jackpot Tourbillon of several years ago. It had a tourbillon, actual slot machine, and cost over $600,000. More recently, Christophe Claret offered his extremely complicated 21 Blackjack watch with a roulette, dice, and blackjack game all in one timepiece. There have been watches that focus on everything from poker to simply being in a casino. This Bell & Ross BR01-92? Casino is all about roulette. The world first saw this timepiece back in 2011 when Bell & Ross created a piece unique Casino watch for the Only Watch auction. Missing my 5712
I have been on vacation in Thailand for 7 days, and decided not to take my PP but my BLNR, having worn my PP every day for 10 days before leaving I got used to the light weight and not feeling the watch, but thought I won't swim with the PP while I have no problem to swim with the Rolex, but am really missing my watch, it's stupid but it's always a painful thing for me to leave my favorite watch in the bank when I leave for 2 weeks, even more when for 1 month like now.At least I will be super happy to get it back, it took me less time to get it in the first place
Datejust with ice blue or glacial dial? Aftermarket or original?
Was wondering if some of the Rolex experts could help me out on this. I know these dials typically come on platinum and day date models. I have seen some online on datejusts, typically with diamonds, but I think they are aftermarket non factory dials. So my question is:Did Rolex ever release a datejust with a factory pale blue or glacial or ice blue dial (without the flashy diamonds)? If so is there a reference number or year I can use to help me source one? Preferably with a fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet in 36mm? Thank you in advance.
Somehow you always come back to Rolex SS
