Louis Moinet Vernoscope With Jules Verne Instrument Watches
Steampunk fans rejoice. This artistic item of display is the new Louis Moinet Vernoscope. Meant to celebrate the popularity of the Louis Moinet Jules Verne Instrument watch collection. I think the watches were a bit of a surprise hit, but they are really cool. And by the way, I have an in-depth review of a Louis Moinet Jules Verne Instrument watch coming up soon. The Vernoscope was recently unveiled at the Maison d'Ailleurs (House of Elsewhere), a Swiss sci-fi museum. They have some interesting Jules Verne items there, and Louis Moinet has donated the first prototype Vernoscope to the museum. It is based on the the works of Jules Verne and made by artist Jean-Yves Kervvan (who Louis Moinet has worked with in the past). This is the next such interesting piece meant to be a watch container and an item of art from Louis Moinet - you can read about their previous item, the Meteoris here.I am not sure how many Vernoscopes will be made, but I promise you they will be part of a pretty limite

ammo and rad is very nice together!
Thanks to Nishant's ammo shots on his 372, I had to order the strap and man... it does give the watch a very vintage feel... loving it! Thank you Nishant for the pointer on the strap!
Rolex values, trades, Zenith, etc.
I've been wearing my brand new BLNR for a week now, and already I'm getting the urge for something new. I think I'm addicted to dopamine...Anyways, I (think I) want to trade for a Zenith Defy El Primero 21, but am worried about the long term value. One of the reasons I justified an AD purchase of the BLNR was that I knew it's value was solid. In a pinch, I could have 10k cash in a day or two. Where do people see the demand/value for The Batman going? Do other HTF Rolexes become not HTF? Do you think this stainless steel craze will end? Any input on Zenith is welcome too. They are very innovative company, with a decent worldwide market but rather small presence in the US. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
