Can You Be A Serious Watch Collector On A Budget?
Sponsored PostTo read the reports from SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horologerie) or the latest auction headlines, you would think that watch collecting is the preserve of the super-rich. Prices with four, five or even six zeros seem to be the norm and those non-millionaires amongst us can feel reduced to observer status only.So what can you buy if your pockets are not so deep? Dealer Cost
Hi folks! It is no secret on TRF that dealer cost for a Rolex is 62% of the MSRP. However, can someone please tell me what is dealer cost for an Omega? I searched, and could not find updated information. A Google search revealed that some years back it was 55% of the MSRP. However, I am not certain if this is accurate. I would really appreciate updated and accurate information. Thank you.
41 mm and Quarz movements
I was looking on ebay and found these models. I find this models 2541.80 and 2221.80 and others with longer numbers but a kind member from the Forum told me they are discontinued. What is the newest?I would try to get the most recent. I think 41 mm is far my favorite. Why Omega stopped it? People prefer automated? They are not accurate as quartz. Thanks guys.
