Watches NEWS
My resistance is waning...
Although I really liked the design of the RO, I always assumed it would look too chunky on me. After wearing it around the store for a good half hour today, I realized I could not have been more wrong. I managed to leave without buying anything (with great difficulty), but at this rate I have a feeling I might be going back tomorrow...2013-01-19_15-56-11_848.jpgThat blue dial is calling my name!
incoming...with question
Well looks like I've got the watch buying disease....I just picked up this 2531.80 today which makes this now my second Omega in few weeks time. I better slow down. Here's my conundrum: The original owner stated that this watch was purchased new in 2000 and was stored away all this time. If a watch hasn't been running for say 10 years...should I: Take it in and have it and check out and Lubricated, etc?Or just wear it?
What do you think of this COMBO???
I rather like it.
Nautilus Annual Production Numbers
Hi all,Since there has been so much discussion in other threads of expected 20% prices increases on steel models 5711/12, I wondered if anyone has accurate annual production numbers on any Nautilus models? I suspect the vast majority of us on this forum who own a PP have a 5167/5164/5711/5712 if not multiple.
May I present to you my newest acquisition
Last November I asked you about your opinion between the Patek Philippe Aquanaut and the Audemars Piguet Diver. Two days ago I could pick up the Aquanaut and I must admit, it is a beautiful watch. Pictures can't really capture the beauty of the dial. Well enough said :-)
