Junghans Max Bill Anthracite ref 3401 Review
There are few watches on the market today that are as timeless and iconic as those designed by Max Bill for the German watchmaker, Junghans. The Max Bill line is undoubtedly a master class in form and function, and the timepieces sold by Junghans today are largely unchanged from their 60s predecessors. Any new entries into the Max Bill line remain largely true to Bill's original vision. One such entry is the Max Bill Automatic Anthracite (Ref. 3401). Released in 2014, the 3401 is nearly identical to the 3400 model, but repackaged in a bold new color palette. And it's this color palette that sold me on the watch. It might not be pure Bauhaus, but neither was Max Bill. Let's get to it.Junghans Max Bill Anthracite ref 3401 ReviewCase: SteelMovement:?J880.1 (ETA 2824-2)Dial: Anthracite/GrayLume: SuperLuminovaLens: AcrylicStrap: CalfskinWater Res.: —Dimensions: 38 x 40 mmThickness: 10 mmLug Width: 20 mmCrown: 5 x 2 mmWarranty: 2 yearsPrice: $1,031CaseThe case on the 3401 is identical t

Rolex Datejust 36mm too small for man's wrist?
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I joined as I want to get some advice on Datejusts...I really would like to get myself a steel and rose gold Datejust but I fear they are just way too small and the Datejust ii is only available in yellow gold. And I own a Cartier Santos 100. I love the size of that.Does anybody know of a Datejust ii being released in steel and rose gold in the near future?Or do you think it works well being a 36mm.Advice and opinions please?here is a link to the colorway and bracelet I want:.blowers-jewellers.co.uk/i...d_datejust.htm
