Watches NEWS
Slightly off-topic Omega post...
I had the opportunity to buy (but passed it up) a Speedmaster with the new 9300 Omega movement. I am starting to regret not seizing the opportunity. The watch was absolutely gorgeous. Anyone own one of these or had the pleasure of wearing one? Interested to hear your take.
I need inspiration! Please help me dear friends!
I have gone a bit quiet with incomings recently, I am looking for ideas for my next PP and am lacking inspiration. A couple of limitations however:1. It must be 40mm at least.2. I don't like Aquanaut or Nautilus models (I may change the latter view when I see the 5990 in the flesh).3. No yellow gold.4. It should be a model that will hold its value reasonably well.5. I am not VIP status with Patek, so can't get specials easily.6. 5270/5970/5960/5235/5100/5070 are off the list.If I don't get some inspiration, I may need to turn to the dark side (aka AP or RM).Thank you in advance,R
114060 or 116710ln
Hello all, I got the itch again to add to the collection again debating between these two I already have a 116610lv, would adding 116710ln be better to diversify my stable or would adding another steel sub be to redundant. Thanks to all in advance
Possible (probable!) water ingress
Good afternoon all,I've just returned from swimming with the children, and notice that my Explorer is a little fogged up, on the inside unfortunately. Suspecting likely water ingress, my queries are do I need to do anything or just take it in for a pressure test/reseal, and is there a chance that this has caused some damage? It's 5 years old, never serviced, but about a year ago was opened up for a mini-service' to sort out a shakey rotor. Thanks folks!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
