RB2 Question
In doing some research on the Ti model, I came across a few posts (I cant find the thread again to be able to directly post in there) that seemed to suggest that the pusher design and crown on this model can be a bit uncomfortable, particularly when compared to the redesigned GP and/or Schumacher.Could anyone comment on the veracity of this concern, particularly if you happened to have experience across these three pieces?thanks!
New Speedy 50th Anniversary Edition (Pics)
Considering how much you guys/gals love pics!!!(Not the best quality though- taken by a phone). My current watch- Hope to complement it with a GMT-IIc soon.
Who sleeps with their watch...on
Uhh...you know what I mean. How many of you guys sleep with your watch on.Last night I had the 5711 on, and my wife had the audacity to bump it with her bracelet. I was like Whoa Woman!
Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Minute Repeater
Dear all, I am writing this in the Patek forum as some of you may already know from previous discussions (and thanks to you, I have made some happy choices), I almost only purchase Pateks. So, I came across by chance while searching for a 5110 (as you can read from my previous post), a very nice Jaeger rose gold reverso minute repeater. I sold my last rose gold grand reverso 8 days power reserve a while back as it was too big and chunky. This minute repeater is smaller, fits nicely on a standard wrist and wraps around it perfectly. My question is, I am not 100% sure of a rectangle watch anymore but I must say that this one is exceptionally nice. It is a minute repeater! And it is being offered at a price of a brand new 5711! So, my rational side is telling me that this is an offer of a lifetime to get a minute repeater, my realistic side tells me, this is a very very difficult watch to offload in the future. Could I please have your thoughts on this?Thank you.Have a good weekend to all
I anybody wearing these
I was just wondering, since I don't seem to see a lot of wristshots of this lovely pair. I'm the proud owner of the 448 and honestly....I don't seem to wear it that much either, as it shows quite big and bulky on my wrist. Now recently I'm hesitating whether I should complement my 448 with the 449, as the prices seems more then reasonable for now.Any comments and insights are highly appreciated...
