Had Customer Service Problems With A Major Luxury Watch Company?
If so, I would like to know about it. I am assisting a major US national news source on a story regarding some of the problems in terms of customer service, as well as watch servicing at luxury watch companies and their retail stores. If you have had experiences with any of the major luxury watch companies that you feel were unacceptable or poorly handled, you could be helping out in a big way. Not only will you be helping other watch buyers and owners, but you'll help send a powerful message to watch companies that customer service and post-sales support is an area they need to focus on more if they are currently in a poor state.Share who the company you were dealing with was, what happened, if they did anything to help resolve it, and your overall feelings about the matter.I don't think your name or information will need to be used if you are written about, so don't worry about that. To share your stories you can either comment on this post or contact me here. Many of you have had is

It's strange how sponsorship pairings just click sometimes. Intentional or no, every once in a while, a team and their sponsor will resemble each other beyond the superficialities of brand partnership, and the resulting synergy can produce some truly great successes. In the case of Oris, while the company produces cutting-edge and innovative mechanical pieces such as the Big Crown ProPilot Altimeter, the first-ever wristwatch with a mechanical altimeter (find out more on that in Mark McArthur Christie's excellent write- up here), the brand has simply never captured the greater public's interest in th
Please help me choose
Ok so I have a few Rolex models but I am starting to want to branch out! I would love an AP or Patek. I did the novice thing of calling all of the UK dealers for a Nautilus..... basically got laughed at a lot!! I have seen an AP RO Chrono in the flesh and love it. I have put my name down for a Nautilus but will be waiting for ever, I love the APRO but can't decide black or white, or Chrono! And no UK dealers have them in store, it's a waiting list. Please help, with pics of possible. Current line up is all black, Pepsi, DJ41 and Sub C date. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
