Found: The Most Amazing Vintage Watch Website Nobody's Heard Of (But Not For Long)
I recently came across an incredible website – a kind of paradise if, like me, you are passionate about vintage watches. Timeline.Watch, started as the virtual catalog of experienced watch enthusiast Dan Henry after 30 years of collecting. It's an incredible project: an interactive timeline covering a period of a hundred years, and not only that: Henry has made it possible for other passionate collectors to add their watches to the timeline. I had the chance to learn more about Dan's ambitious project, his hopes, and how he had chased all those gorgeous pieces in the first place. Get ready for some good insights and a TON of beautiful watches. 1 OF 21 The Origin Of Timeline.Watch Louis WestphalenSo how did Timeline.Watch come to life? AP Millenary Women's
Hi guys, thinking about getting this for my birthday. What do you all think?
Have the Diver...15400 next?
Any of you out there with both a ROO Diver (SS) and a 15400st? I have the diver and currently a friend is selling a barely worn blue 15400st...I am thinking of buying that as well...do you guys think it would be redundant? I was thinking of wearing the Diver for sporty look and the 15400st for suits/dressy evenings...what do you guys think?
wrist shots / spy shot
First.... success. I owe you guys a couple of photos of my new baby. Please, please do not let me be addicted.Secondly, spy shot on a recent flight... can someone identify? Looked like a tortoise shell bezel but I don't know anything really.
New to Omega, Looking at the Planet Ocean
I cant stop thinking about it, figured it would be better if I had one on my wrist, so I'm 99% sure that the PO will be my next watch. Looking to pick it up in the next few months, and I have read several reviews of the watch online, and have seen overall very positive feedback. What should I expect to pay for used?Obviously condition is a factor, but say for Brand New in Box, or Mint, to Slightly Used and so on.Thanks for your helpMattEDIT: I have done some research and found prices anywhere from 2200 used up to like 3600 for Brand New out of the store, Im looking I guess to make sure those are fair prices, what I would expect to pay at an AD (cause the nearest Omega dealer is over an hour away) vs what I could expect to pay here for slightly used.
