Bell & Ross Rose Gold BR-02 Diving Watch Available On JamesList.com
Who needs a gold diving watch you ask? Well no one really needs one, but that isn't the point. The standard Bell & Ross BR-02 is the active version of the serious diving watch line. The version in gold is the dressy-sexy version that alludes to deep diving, but is meant for more congenial activities. The Bell & Ross BR-02 is the less known diving version of the wildly popular BR01 watch. In a similar size and character as the BR-01, BR-02 aims for the depths instead of the skies with an equally direct emulation of the best parts of the theme (diving as opposed to flying). The watch is about 44mm wide and constructed out of solid 18k rose gold. The dial is a sporty carbon fiber that does work with the overall design. Realize that the face is design to be extremely legible, which it is. This version has the Arabic numerals, which I like.Like all good diver watches the BR-02 has a rotating bezel, but an internal one (operated by the upper crown). Water resistance is dive worthy at
Lume on AP ROO
Hi all,i just recently picked up my first AP ROO Chronograph (REF. #26470ST.OO.A101CR.01). First of all its fantastic. From the box to the booklet and of course the watch it all surpasses the rolex watches i own. The details and finish on the watch are really amazing. Wish i would have made the step earlier to AP and allready looking towards getting another AP. I got one question though. The lume on my rolex watches is far better then the lume on this watch. Yes it glows, but fade out really quick compared to Rolex. Is this normal on all AP's i wonder? Thanks.....
Another first AP thread! ROO Safari
I haven't been a long time AP lover, in fact I never considered one like some watches that I've wanted for years (such as a PP nautilus) but not too long ago I went into the only AD in Melbourne that stocks AP's and had a browse....didn't take long to want one more than any watch I could think of! I guess I don't see many, if any, around here and pictures just don't do them justiceThey happened to have a Royal Oak Offshore Safari and another model in stock that arrived the day before. The sales guy was actually surprised as he said they normally sell Safari's to VIP's before they hit the shelf and that they only get allocated 2 per financial year from AP (who knows how much truth is in that...they are salespeople after all)Anyway, told me the price...and that there are no discounts even though I'm a long time client since its such a rare/sought after model in Australia and they were confident it would sell for full price that week. Wasn't going to reserve it at full retail price so I l
Wife's favorite...
So she says, I like this more than your Rolexes! I'm starting to feel the same way. I love this watch. I've read many times it's the entry level Patek, but that's like saying a Boxster is a poor man's Porsche. A Porsche is a Porsche and a Patek is a Patek...
