New Face Of The Breitling Aerospace Watch For 2009
Originally released almost two decades ago now, the Breitling Aerospace is a wildly popular model that underwent a series of minor visual updates over the years. The watch has recently sort of been off the radar as Breitling focused on other watches -? especially those mechanical ones with higher profit margins. The turn in the economy has allowed (forced) them to re-shift their focus on some of their more reasonably priced luxury instrument watches. At Baselworld this year they released a brand new Aerospace model (actually two watches that share the Superquartz (thermoline quartz) movement, but only one called the "Aerospace"), what recaptures some of what people loved in the original - but maybe not enough. The functions are the same, and so is most of the appeal, but the design seems to be getting less "professional" and more formal.You'll notice that the new Aerospace has a much more decorated face. Have an opportunity to get an older Jumbo. Should I do it or wait for the new one for a little more money?

Hi all,Been thinking about a Sub yellow gold and steel for a while. Although i already had this rolex:so tried on the subwhich i liked alotbut then my eye went to another watch i have been looking into for a while.i tried it on and i fell for it!only has to be set once every 4 years and a moonphase:(on sites)what you all think?

over polished speedmaster mkII? with pics
only got this today as realy fancied one but looking at pictures of others i can find i think someone has polished the heck out of the case as it looks too smooth and rounded? the pics i can find all look like they have crisper sharper edges or is this just how some are supposed to look?

I stopped by HWSA again today to drop off a vintage piece that needed servicing. It's a simple 2-hand manual movement.I got a quite a chuckle out of the staff claiming that they have service turnaround times somewhat under control now stating that std complications with auto movement have 26weeks TA while manuals have 21weeks TA In addition, I cannot believe they were proud to say that each turnaround no longer has a 16week additional delay on top of the std turnaround times making each 42weeks and 37weeks WTF I thought about asking for Patrick who is the service director there, but half of me said why bother knowing they would pitch the same BS story and excuses.My patience and loyalty for the brand are really on thin ice.
