Omega 2254.50.00 or Rolex Sub-Dweller? Helpppp!
Hi guys,I am in process of buying new watch and this time I wouldl like to have something different than I used to have before.I am in difficult situation, I would love to have Rolex SD, but I do like Omega Seamaster (2254.50.00) as well. I am torn, what to go for?Of course, there is cost associated, new Rolex SD would cost me about ?3600, new Omega Seamaster ?1090. I can pay the full price for Omega without a problem, with SD I would have to take optional finance (0%) over 3 years with 20% deposit, so it is not a bad deal at all. Also I quite like the new Deepsea. Still, we are talking about a lot of money. Please, help me, what to go for? I have read so many articles about both watches, comparisions, etc ..What I like about Rolex SD:- my ultimate brand- look- robustnes- prestige- rolex service- small price depreciationDislike:- priceWhat I like about Omega 2254.50- price- brand too- lookDislike:- people's experience with Omega service- it's not a Rolex- bigger depreciation in price th
Nautilus advice please
Morning world. I am only a few days into owning the 5712 and I am amazed with it. Absolutely beautiful. I just wanted advice on the bracelet from other owners please. I have previously favoured Rolex sports watches, the glidelock and old GMT straps are perfect as I get hot in the house and then cold when out in the English weather. I got the strap sized at the AD fairly tight thinking I was very hot, but in the house or office it still seems quite tight and the crown tends to irritate a little. Shall I get a link added back in or I believe they do a 1.5 or 1.25? It's just the AD is a good 2 hours away so not in the doorstep. When my wrist is normal it seems perfect but if I say do a press up position with my wrist the crown digs in and it does seem to nip my hairy wrist quite a bit. Thanks in advance. Andy. Which of these would you suggest? My first PP and second watch.
Hey guys.I hope everything is having/has had a great day.New on this Forum, and actually I must say I am so glad to have found this place.Just to help you give me your opinion.I am 25 years old. It's very hot where I live most of the year, and I am wearing shorts very often.I do wear jeans/pants and a shirt every now and then, but barely ever suit up.Bought my first real watch, a rolex BLNR a few months ago, and I absolutely love it. It works for all occasions, and can be dressed up or down. Also a great beater, and basically an amazing watch all around. It will continue to be my work watch.Looking into Patek to commemorate a recent promotion, and I have been looking closely at both the 5711 or the 5167.I like both a lot, and am having a hard time in deciding which to purchase.I do like my watch to stand out a little bit, it makes me feel special. The PCL's in the Rolex are something I love a lot.Gold is out of the question as I am not a fan. What would you suggest?I really appreciate e

Our first Basel report from 2003 and the last from 2017 in one post. At 2003 we where heroes when no one else report and our server crash several times a day. Today we are only one in the crowd. But it's interesting to see how it looks then.Click here to find out
