Parmigiani Bugatti Tourbillon Watch + Bugatti Galibier 16C Car
It was years ago now - more than 10- when I first saw what was to become this Bugatti Galibier 16C Concept car. It was the Bugatti EB 218, a concept that shared the same fastback shape and uber luxury stance as this close to production Bugatti Galibier 16C automotive. Perhaps the EB 218 was a bit more attractive, but certainly not as advanced. Car lovers have known for a while now that Bugatti was to follow up its money losing 16/4 Veyron over a million dollar car, with other vehicles. Little is known about the details of this Bugatti Galibier but it will not be the significantly lower priced sports car we are looking forward to. It is an all new sedan, also with a 16 cylinder 8 liter engine and a two-stage supercharger. What is interesting about the engine is that it is made to be a Flex Fuel motor. Meaning it can accept standard gasoline as well as ethanol. No, it is not being marketed by GM. The car also features a substantial amount of carbon fiber as well as the large polished alu
15400 sheds its scales
Got this inspiration from the Queen Elizabeth II Cup 2011 Royal Oak FYI 15400 uses the same plots and leather strap size as the 15300 and 15202 so those wanting a different look on their 15400, you can purchase the 26/18 OEM straps and plots or get it from APbandsHave a great long weekend everyone !
Reason to be concerned?
Hello all, i have had my Omega Seamaster chronograph #2225.80 since December 2013 and has never given me any trouble. I like the watch and keeps good time, usually within less than a minute every day at 7:00pm, an alarm that i have set and is always within a minute.Until today, or yesterday May 26th, i noticed it stopped telling come completely. I could not hear the movement inside ticking like normal and none of my hands on the watch were moving. I gave the watch about 40 winds and still no movement, from the second hand or the movement period. It wasn't until i fiddled with setting the hands and then i started the chronograph when it started moving, the second hand. I set the correct time and it now tells time as it should. It is functioning as i know it to be okay and is working. Should i be concerned of this malfunction? I wear the watch nearly 24/7. I take it off when i shower most times and let it sit, and sometimes when i play guitar, but other than that it stays on.
Put the Speedmaster on steel today...
Its an aftermarket bracelet. I couldnt really swing the price of the Omega bracelet, and its not correct either, but I like it a lot. Eventually I will get the correct period bracelet in steel for sure! Here are some quick shots. Look at that dial in the sunlight.........
Paranoia
Hello! Long time lurker here. First off a quick thank you to all you wonderful people for enabling this toxic hobby ! What with all those beautiful wrist shots . Anyways I acquired a Submariner this June, and I'm still deeply in love with it . Yesterday however I took a fall right outside my house . Had an exam the next day and didn't really pay attention to the weather warnings for frost. While my butt took most of the force of the fall ( I know because it is still sore 24 hours later ), I think I might have broken the fall abit with my wrist, which of course, had my beloved 114060 strapped to it . While there seems to be nothing wrong with time keeping( fingers crosse), I fear I might have dislodged/loosened something? Every time I shake the watch I can hear a very very low pitched whirl of the rotor . Compared to my seamaster, everyone would've called this whirl inaudible. But I'm just paranoid ! I can't remember if this whirl was there before the fall ! Granted I have pretty excell
