AP retailer did lose my warrantybooklet!
Hello guys,A few months ago I did send my AP to the APSC trough a official retailer. I gave them my warranty booklet and my watch. PpNow, after 4 months the watch is back in a little green AP shipping box and I’ve picked it up at the retailer. The warrantybooklet was missing also there was no brown pouche (that you get after a paid full service). They said that APSC will try to look for the booklet and if it is lost they will come back on it and “solve” the problem. As far as I know, AP doesn’t provide the warrantybooklet the second time! What can I expect and what can I do?

I was speaking with a group of WIS friends and we all agreed that AP is not in the top 3 watch brands anymore. The fact they need to constantly try to attach endorsements of celebrities to each special edition, the fact that they need to call their watches like the grand prix special edition when it is nearly 10% of their annual production, and the fact they need to reduce prices indicates that the brand is no longer one of the great brand names. They have become desperate to sell a watch and it is only getting worse. They are not in the same league of Vacheron or Patek. For example, it is hard to find any Patek watches when you visit dealers and they have twice the annual production. Vacheron has sold out their annual production at the first few days of the SIHH show the past couple of years. AP is nowhere in their league of Patek or Vacheron. White Leather Strap - Ladies Aqua Terra
I want to pick up a leather strap/deployment buckle for a ladies aqua terra (34mm). Not sure if Omega sells these individually? If someone has a model number that would be great. Also, would like to hear about any good aftermarket straps/buckles that people are using.My wife loves the bracelet but a white leather strap will be a nice option for her as well:
