Please help
I went today to service my breitling and the repair guy told me that my watch has some part broked inside my watch. They told me thatnwhere going to replace it with a new part and it need service the watch since it was never serviced before. He told me that part he was goingnto change he had it there and it was made by tudor i told him that why from tudor and his answer was. Because the same sompanynthat make those parts is the same that make it for tudor , omega , breitling ,etc can you guys help me to decided if this is true.?I for gotnthe name of the peace but it was like a little gold ring very little with edges all around it

Hold Over Watch
So I sold my sub to fund some business purchase stuff, right now I'm wearing my square casio but am thinking I need a hold over watch for around 2K, thoughts? Next watch will be green face, white gold DD, the anniversary and will most likely be my only watch. I am self employed and no one ever notices nor do I care so the purchase is just for me. Rolex Profit: SS v. Precious Metal
I apologize in advance if this question has been posted before.Does anyone know (or care to opine) on the difference in the amount of profit Rolex makes on a stainless watch versus profit on a precious metal watch?I have always assumed that the dollar for dollar profit on a precious metal watch is a lot higher. But this is just an assumption. And you know what they say about assumptions.
Insurance Question - New Day-Date
Hey Guys,I'm considering buying a new day-date (118238) and want to make sure I cover the insurance side of things properly. First of all, I live in Canada (which may or may not matter). Also, I already have an OP 116000, and a Datejust 116234 which I also want to have properly insured.So, here is my situation: My current home insurance (TD Meloche Monnex) has an endorsement for up to $50,000 for jewelry covering all risks (which includes mysterious disappearance, robbery, etc), and this endorsement has a $1,000 deductible. The endorsement only costs me an extra $200 per year. My agent told me as long as my watches have accepted appraisals on file with the policy that they would be fully covered (except for the deductible of course). I have already done this for my current two watches of course. I also looked into adding floaters for the watches, and was told the price increase would be about 2% of the appraised value of the item, per year, so in the case of the day-date, something
