Parmigiani Creates LE for Montreaux Jazz Festival
Parmigiani Fleurier is a main partner of the Montreaux Jazz Festival, known worldwide as an event that features the finest musical artists. For 2009, Parmigiani has created a limited edition of its Kalpa XL and Grande models with a graphic signature designed to echo the musical theme of this year’s Montreaux festival posters. Each year, Montreaux Jazz Festival founder and general manager Claude Nobs presents Parmigiani timepieces to distinguished featured artists. The limited edition pieces commemorate Parmigiani’s collaboration with the festival. Through the dial design featuring the swirl of a piano keyboard, Parmigiani expresses its heartfelt link to the event. Hi Guys,I have narrowed down my next to watch to two makes and four models. My number 1 choice is the Patek 5980/1R-001, if I can grab a great deal on a new or used. Does anyone know if a great deal can be had on a new or used one?I love this watch with the RG bracelet, but am shocked at the massive price difference when compared to the chrono on a leather strap.Thanks
