2017 Daytona diamond dial two tone
AD told me Rolex does not allow upgrade from my diamond dial to MOP diamond dial on my Daytona 116503. Anyone can enlighten me why consumers preferred to wait for stainless steel when two tone is readily available. Is it because of price wise.
Explorer II too large for a 6.5" wrist?
An Explorer II polar dial is the watch that is going to be my next purchase I think. Unless a white dial DJII comes up at a good price I am stuck on the Explorer. There are no Rolex dealers near me so going to try one on is probably not going to happen unless I drive 8 hours.I have an Explorer 214270 and a new Sub and they both fit me fine. I have heard the Explorer II is a bit big so I need to know if it will fit me ok.If anyone can post a pic of an Explorer II on a 6.5 wrist I would be grateful.I think I should be ok and the Explorer II will be at my size limit. Anything larger would just be comical.
DeepSea Sea Dweller differences??
Hey folks,I'm kinda new to the Rolex world. I had a 2010 Submariner but don't have it any longer. I'm looking at possibly getting a pre-owned DeepSea and have a couple of questions. I have noticed that some have black dials with the DeepSea text in white and then I have noticed it red. Is that just a designation for different years or is it a different model within the DeepSea line? I understand that the James Cameron is a completely different face and color. I am only interested in the black dial. Thanks for any information.
