Devon Tread 2 Watch Preview
In a few weeks California-based Devon will unveil the follow-up version to their now famous Devon Tread 1 watch. It was originally explained to me that the Tread 2 watch would be a more simple and inexpensive model. It looks as though a lot of that has changed, but what I do think is still part of the Tread 2 based on early information is that it will have two treads versus three. The Tread 1 has a constantly running belt for the seconds which was cool, but was also a bit loud and consumed a lot of power. The new model will have two tread as I understand it, and a whole lot more.The Tread 2 will have a lot of material upgrades and a more sophisticated design. It will also be very accurate and come in a smaller package. I reviewed the very cool Tread 1 here, and you can see that it is a large timepiece. Question regarding AD and Grey dealers.
I was wondering can an AD, purchase a Patek from a Grey dealer and sell it in their store to their customers?If so, is there a way to check that the Patek was indeed from the factory to the Ad?

My Daytona 116500LN Purchase agreement Contract
I've said on a couple of threads now that I signed a pre purchase contract for my daytona. Well here it is. I've blacked out the AD and the watch managers name.I had no issue signing it and was happy for them to keep the warranty card.It took me three years to get it.... To be honest I think it was luck on my part I'm not really sure I was ever on any list even though I had been pestering them for one.Take from that what you will. I'm not even close to being a VIP purchaser with this dealer however I do have service and purchase history with them.
